It will supply products made in Da Nang to leading companies in the aviation industry, including Boeing, Airbus and Korean Air.
In his address at the inauguration ceremony, Tran Chi Cuong, Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee, said this is the second aerospace project invested in Da Nang High-Tech Park after the Sunshine Aviation Component Plant of the US’s UAC Vietnam Limited Liability Company.
KP Vina Aviation project, one of the key projects in Da Nang’s high-tech development strategy, is expected to create many job opportunities, develop auxiliary industries, and pave the way for the formation of an aviation and aerospace technology complex in Da Nang High-Tech Park, Cuong said.
