(VOVworld) - The 24th ASEAN Labor Ministers Meeting (ALMM 24) and the 9^th session of the ASEAN+3 Labor Ministers Meeting concluded in Vientiane on Monday.

The meeting’s communiqués said participants agreed on the implementation of the ASEAN economic community’s action plan on workforce from this year including skilled labor migration, considering it one of four priorities.

Ministers discussed exchanges of information on the labor market, experience on law building and ensuring social security for workers. They said the most important thing was that ASEAN countries had gained a common voice in developing a dynamic ASEAN community.
