This is the first project to be completed in the campaign to build 248 schools in border communes according to a Politburo notice.
Speaking at the event, General Secretary Lam said the overarching goal of the Party and State is to create a favorable environment for teachers to work with peace of mind and long-term commitment; and for students to study and train in the best possible conditions. Every child, whether in remote, rural, or border areas, has an equal opportunity to develop their abilities, grow, and make contributions.
“From today, this school will be the second home for our students. I hope that the students will cherish the learning environment they have, be well-behaved, strive in their studies, cultivate their willpower, nurture their dreams and aspirations, so that in the future they can contribute to building their homeland and country," according to General Secretary Lam.
"I hope that the teachers will continue to be united, responsible, and dedicated to their profession, treating the students as their own children, so that this school truly becomes a place to cultivate knowledge, nurture character, and give wings to the future of generations of students in this border region of our country.”
