Craft villages seek e-commerce application
(VOVworld) – The Vietnam Craft Villages’ Association has signed a cooperative agreement with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) to support the Association’s members in applying e-commerce in exports.

Under the scheme, VCCI will select 10 enterprises and help them use a software package to develop online retail shops as a test model. Luu Duy Dan, President of the Vietnam Craft Villages’ Association, says: "The agreement serve the common development of Vietnamese craft villages. It is essential for e-commerce application in craft villages and the improvement of their export competitiveness". VCCI also pledged to increase promotional programmes and introduce the Association’s handicraft products at its conferences.
