Da Nang has basically put COVID-19 epidemic under control
(VOVWORLD) - After 20 days of lockdown, Da Nang has now basically put the COVID-19 epidemic under control.
Secretary of the Da Nang City’s Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang made the remark at a meeting of the municipal Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control on Friday.
The city has cut the chain of infection and put the pandemic under control. New cases have been detected only in the quarantine zones while the number of community cases have decreased remarkably. The city has succeeded in evaluating risks and the pandemic situation with a very low death rate.
