(VOVWORLD) - Microsoft Travel news site has just included Da Nang city, central Vietnam in a list of the eight places which have the best scenic mountain views in Asia.
It said, "To the west of the city, set high above the hills is a resort called Ba Na Hills, where you can find the majestic Golden Bridge. You can take a panoramic cable car ride to and from the resort."
Ba Na Hills, around 25 kilometers from downtown Da Nang, sits 1,400 meters above sea level and has a complex of luxury resorts, theme parks, amusement facilities, and impressive ancient pagodas.
In 2018, the 150-meter-long Golden Bridge was constructed and is renown as it is designed using two giant hands made from fiberglass and mesh wire holding or we can even say lifting the bridge.
Another leading attraction in Da Nang are what are known as the Marble Mountains, a cluster of five marble and limestone hills with pagodas on the ridges of the hills with hidden caves containing Buddhist shrines.
