Pavel Alexandrovich, Vice Principal of the Obninsk Technical University for Nuclear Power Engineering, said: "The diary written by a young doctor during wartime reflects her love and the devastation of war. It’s important to us to learn about war tragedies then think of how to avoid wars in the future. Through this event, Obninsk residents will know more about Vietnamese culture, contributing to closer Vietnam-Russia links".After the ceremony, hundreds of books were given to schools, hospitals and cultural offices in Obninsk City.
