(VOVworld) – The Communist Party of Vietnam has always attached importance to developing relations with the Communist Party of India.

Hoang Binh Quan, Head of the Party Central Committee’s External Relations Commission was speaking at a reception on Wednesday in Hanoi to visiting Samim Phai di, Secretary of the Communist Party of India and editor in chief of India’s New Age newspaper. Mr. Quan said the Communist Party of Vietnam wished to further time-honored relations between the two parties over the past 35 years and boost cooperation at multilateral and international forums. Mr. Samim Phai di said the Communist Party of India wants to promote cooperation with the Communist Party of Vietnam especially in information exchange, theories and sharing experiences in policy making.
