(VOVworld)- A conference to implement the National Assembly’s Law and Ordinance Building program until 2015 opened in Hanoi on Thursday. In her address, National Assembly Vice Chairman Uong Chu Luu said the revisions to the draft laws on state apparatus were of great importance. He urged ministries and sectors at all levels to increase coordination in order to effectively implement the Constitution. Mr. Luu stressed the need to continue reforming the National Assembly’s performance and ensure the implementation of the National Assembly’s Law and Ordinance Building program.
