(VOVWORLD) -VPBank of Vietnam and Nexus Sport Events will jointly hold the first-ever combined marathon and music festival titled “VPBank Can Tho Music Night Run 2024” in the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho, on April 13th.

The marathon will feature three running distances: 21 km, 10 km, and 5 km.
5000 runners will depart from Song Hau Park, and wind their way past many popular landmarks including Ninh Kieu walking street, Ninh Kieu night market, President Ho Chi Minh Monument, Can Tho Stadium and the old ferry port.
During the race, artists and bands will perform live music at water stations, designed as stages, to cheer the runners on.
In addition, after crossing the finish line, runners can participate in a grand music party featuring celebrity singers and bands.
