(VOVworld) - The annual Hanoi Valedictorian Meeting’s Programme will take place from August 18 to honor 107 valedictorians who graduated from universities and academies around the capital. This year, Hanoi’s Youth Union will hold a ceremony to commemorate the programme’s 10^th anniversary, with many of valedictorians from the past 10 year attending. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Vice Chairman of Hanoi’s Students Association, said:        “The ceremony, the program’s biggest event, will take place at Ba Dinh Square on the evening of August 26, to commend the graduating valedictorians from universities and academies in Hanoi. This year, we are trying to build an unique and fresh format that will highlight the 10 years the program has been running.”
