With this meeting, Vietnam reiterates its respect for the world's business community and its willingness to exchange openly and candidly, listen to the constructive opinions of businesses, and share the Vietnamese Government’s efforts to create a favorable investment and business environment, said Vietnamese Ambassador to China Pham Thanh Binh.

The fact that the Prime Minister of Vietnam has been invited for three consecutive years to attend and speak at this significant event reflects the WEF’s and the international business community’s high regard for Vietnam’s position, role, and contributions to global and regional economic growth, said the Ambassador.

Through meetings with leaders, policy makers, and the global business community, Vietnam will explain the Party and State's guidelines and policies, promote opportunities to serve national development goals, and respond to global trade complexities.

As a special guest, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend the WEF’s opening ceremony and deliver a keynote speech at a key session to address the question “Is Asia’s Century at Risk?” He will also attend bilateral meetings with leaders of other countries, WEF executives, and global business leaders, according to Ambassador Binh.
