(VOVworld) - The import of second-hand information technology (IT) products will be prohibited from December 15. The Ministry of Information and Communications has issued a circular, stipulating the ban for products such as laptops, tablets and mobile phones, along with speakers, flash disk drives, as well as liquid-crystal display and light emitting diode screens, and digital cameras. The ban will also apply to used components and accessories of these products.
