(VOVWORLD) -Iran's nuclear chief Mohammad Eslami said Wednesday that Tehran has invited head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi to attend Iran’s first International Nuclear Conference in May.

Earlier Grossi said he was willing to visit Tehran next month to remove misunderstandings between the IAEA and Iran, but Mr. Eslami, head of the Atomic Agency Organization of Iran, said the March visit is unlikely to take place, citing a "busy schedule".
Eslami noted that Iran regularly interacts with the IAEA and both sides are trying to resolve unclear issues and improve cooperation.
