(VOVworld) - Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Monday said his government wanted to issue additional incentives to stimulate stronger economic recovery and higher household income following consumption tax increase this April.
Regarding tense relations with China and South Korea, Abe said that he believed having dialogue with the two countries is extremely important for the peace and stability of the region.
He said that there was no prospect for summit talks at this point but it became more important that the leaders open our hearts and talk without preconditions.
