Khanh Hoa province remains safe for tourism
(VOVWORLD) - The central province of Khanh Hoa plans to launch a large-scale tourism stimulus program with new products and services to revive the local tourism industry after a year of COVID-19 pandemic.

Tran Viet Trung, head of the provincial Department of Tourism, said Khanh Hoa has worked with airlines, transportation companies, accommodation providers, tourist sites, and tour operators to implement the program. He said, “We have focused too much on marine tourism, and have neglected mountain tourism products. Over the past year, we have exerted a great effort to develop and launch new tourism products.”
Mr. Nguyen Khac Dinh, Secretary of Khanh Hoa province’s Party Committee, said, “Safe tourism is a prerequisite now. Safe tourism means safe destination, safe food, and safety from COVID-19. It is vital to promote the message that Khanh Hoa is a safe destination for tourists.”
