(VOVworld) - A military plane of Laos carrying 20 people onboard has crashed in the north of the country. It is thought the plane came down in the province of Xiangkhouang, nearly 500km from the capital Vientiane where its journey began. Relevant agencies are investigating rescue operations and investigating the cause of the accident.
