Indian Minister of Home Affairs Sushilkumar Shinde  told the visiting Vietnamese Minister of Public Security, Tran Dai Quang, on Friday that both countries need to expand cooperation and improve the efficiency of law enforcement and anti-crime activities. Both signed a bilateral extradition agreement on this occasion and hailed it as an important legal document in the fight against criminals and ensure peace and stability.
