NA Chairman inspects preparations for legislature election in Dong Nai
(VOVWORLD) - National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, who is also Chairman of the National Election Council, inspected preparations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term in Dong Nai province on Thursday.

At a working session of the Election Committee of Dong Nai province, National Assembly Chairman Man said: “Candidates must seriously engage in voter meetings, both in person and online, so voters can learn about candidates for the National Assembly and People’s Councils at three levels. These meetings help candidates stay close to the people, understand their thoughts and aspirations.”

Mr. Man reminded local authorities to ensure commune-level People’s Council deputies are elected correctly and sufficiently for the next term. He also encouraged the application of information technology and digital transformation in election management.
