NA Chairman urges most favorable conditions for cross-border trade with Cambodia
(VOVWORLD) -National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue stressed the need to strengthen trade efficiency in addition to political trust and friendly relations with Cambodia and urged the competent forces to create the most favorable conditions for trade in goods between the two countries.

The National Assembly Chairman on Wednesday met with functional forces at Moc Bai International border gate in Tay Ninh province and participate in the military-civilian solidarity program to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the traditional day of border guards (March 3).
He also gave gifts to 100 poor and disadvantaged households in the border area of Ben Cau district.
At the meeting with functional forces Chairman Hue said he hopes that the units would manage the border gate area well and together with Cambodia build a stable, peaceful, friendly and cooperative border.
“To create the most favorable conditions, in addition to improving capacity and qualifications, applying information technology and digital platforms to develop border gates is inevitable. The Central Inter-sectoral Steering Committee has been directing the continued simplification and review of specialized inspection procedures to facilitate customs clearance of goods and make it convenient for exchange of people and vehicles,” Mr. Hue said.
