(VOVworld) - The Party and State always encourage women to get involved in leading and managing agencies at all levels, said National Assembly Deputy Chairman Uong Chu Luu. At a meeting on Sunday with outstanding representatives who attended the 3^rd Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Vietnam Women’s Union in Hanoi the same day, he said women have received better healthcare and more favorable conditions to help them combine motherhood and work. Mr. Luu hailed their achievements, noting that they have contributed significantly to the development of women’s emulation movements nationwide. He asked the Union and its members to do their best to improve women’s emulation movements.
