In an interview with reporters in Rome, Chinappi said Vietnam’s next stage of development requires elected deputies to possess both integrity and competence, and to serve as examples of responsibility, dedication and commitment to national interests and the well-being of the people.
He also expressed confidence that during the new National Assembly term, Vietnam will continue to promote inter-parliamentary cooperation while strengthening its multilateral foreign policy, peaceful cooperation and respect for international law, the United Nations Charter, turning legislative diplomacy into a concrete tool to support national development.
