They expressed their expectation that the Congress will make strategic decisions that will create momentum for national development in the new period. The delegates paid particular attention to groundbreaking policies on human resource development, digital transformation, and attracting and promoting the role of the younger generation in national construction and defense.

Tran Hai Phu, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tay Ninh province, said, “At this Congress, I expect the Congress to vote on policies, especially those related to digital transformation. I am also interested in attracting talent, especially young cadres, to help them confidently express themselves and contribute to the country. I also hope for preferential policies for young people starting and developing businesses nationwide and in Tay Ninh province in particular, to leverage their pioneering and dynamic role to national development.”

Delegate Tran Van Dang, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union, shared his views, “As a representative of the young generation of Bac Ninh province attending this Congress, I am deeply aware of my responsibility to convey the opinions, aspirations, and suggestions of the young generation to the most important forum of the country. Before the Congress begins, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union organized many rounds of consultations with youth union members to contribute ideas to the Congress documents.”

Dang said he has the responsibility to fully convey the opinions, aspirations, and recommendations of the youth of Bac Ninh province to the Congress, focusing on the proposal that the Party create breakthrough mechanisms for youth, placing them at the center of training.
