These are the goals outlined in the Prime Minister’s Decision adjusting the planning for Nha Trang until 2040. The Decision was announced on Tuesday on the occasion of the city’s centenary.

Over the past 100 years, Nha Trang has transformed from a quiet fishing village in Khanh Hoa Province into a beautiful urban area with many scenic spots popular among both domestic and foreign tourists.

The detailed planning emphasizes the need to ensure land reserves for green and public-cultural space, as well as education and training, according to Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha.

“It is important to create a comprehensive welfare system for all residents, with harmonized development and the preservation of cultural, historical, and natural values for future generations,” he said.
