Number of StormTembin victims continues to rise
(VOVWORLD) -More than 200 people have died, 164 others are still missing and at least 70,000 have been displaced by Tropical Storm Tembin in the Philippines.

Rescuers say people were surprised by the strength of the storm. Nearly 1,000 houses have been destroyed. The mountain village of Dalama was one of the hardest-hit places. More than 100 houses there have been buried in mud or engulfed in floodwaters.
