Outstanding individuals honored at 2020 Vietnam Young Talent Congress
(VOVWORLD) - 20 outstanding individuals were honored at the third Vietnam Young Talent Congress which opened in Hanoi on Sunday with the attendance of 400 delegates.

First Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) Nguyen Anh Tuan said over the past five years, over 1.1 million outstanding young people and teenagers have been commended by the HCYU, associations and organizations.
The congress sent a message to young Vietnamese people at home and abroad, calling on them to stay united, keep improving themselves and uphold the national spirit.
