She told the students at a meeting in Hanoi on Monday that their study result is an initial momentum for their future career, which requires more effort to be successful. She reiterated the Party and State’s special investment for the young generation and expressed her belief that they will be able to achieve their ambition to help build a learning society and a knowledge economy in Vietnam. Vice President Doan says: “I confirm that the Party and State have always considered education and training, and scientific and technological development top priority and given incentive policies to competent people. For graduates, you start their career from now on and you have to use your knowledge creatively and understand well the reality. The State relies on the high quality human resource for national development.”
