In his address, General Secretary Lam provided an overview of the country's outstanding achievements in all fields, adding that shortly after the 14th National Party Congress, a series of key tasks in Party building will be implemented in sync.

“The 14th National Party Congress reiterated determination to realize the country's two centenary goals. To make Vietnam a developed, high-income country by 2045, we must strive to achieve continuous double-digit growth. This is an extremely difficult goal, but it is also an objective requirement and a measure of the nation's resilience, will, and aspirations for development. We are committed to achieving rapid but sustainable growth, built on macroeconomic stability, improved productivity, quality, and competitiveness of the economy."

"To do so, we must create strong breakthroughs in institutions, science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation. Efforts must be made to develop strategic infrastructure and improve the quality of human resources, unlock all resources in society, transform aspirations into action, and turn political determination into concrete results,” according to the Party chief.
