Entering a new era, the era of national rise, he said the CPV’s leadership should continue to be strengthened through building a comprehensively clean and strong Party, while enhancing its capacity, combat strength, and governing competence.

Abdelhafiz underscored the importance of steadfastly upholding national independence associated with socialism, alongside continuous renewal of thinking, institutional improvement, promotion of democracy, and placing people at the center and as the driving force of development.

Listening to the people and acting in their interests will remain vital for the Party to lead Vietnam toward rapid and sustainable development and a higher international standing, he noted.
