(VOVworld) - Sen. Lieut. Gen. Nguyen Chi Vinh, Deputy Minister of National Defense, received Colonel Michellers Logronio, Military Attaché of the Philippines in Hanoi yesterday. Vinh briefed his guest on defense relations between Vietnam and the Philippines and said he hoped the Attaché will make contributions to developing friendship and defense cooperation between the two countries.
