PM congratulates the Khmer on Chol Chnam Thmay festival
(VOVWORLD) -Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has sent a congratulation letter to the Khmer ethnic minority people in southern Vietnam on the occasion of their traditional New Year Festival Chol Chnam Thmay.

Mr. Phuc said he hopes that the Khmer people, including monks, will continue to capitalize on their achievements and work harder in socio-economic development, sustainable poverty reduction, tradition preservation, and solidarity promotion. PM Phuc wished that the Khmer will welcome a warm, joyful, and happy New Year.
