At a meeting with leaders of the Ministry on Tuesday, Mr. Chinh urged the Ministry to match new development with its competitive advantages and identify quality human resources to realize the goal.

The Prime Minister enumerated specific tasks for the Ministry, including human resource restructuring, and building mechanisms and policies to mobilize development resources.

He said building and leading the national digital transformation strategy must be a top priority for the Ministry.
