The Prime Minister said the Vietnamese Government always cares and creates conditions for the ambassador to promote her role as a bridge in furthering enhanced Strategic Partnership between the two countries.
He proposed that the two sides effectively maintain bilateral cooperation mechanisms; boost tourism cooperation and infrastructure connection; strengthen security and defense cooperation, fight against terrorist and reactionary organizations; and not to allow any individual or organization to use the territory of one country to oppose another country.
The Thai ambassador replied that she will promote the high-level visits between the two countries in 2025, including the visit to Vietnam by the Prime Minister and President of the National Assembly of Thailand.
She expressed her hope that the two sides will continue to strengthen cooperation within the framework of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), as well as in regional organizations of which the two countries are members.
