Mr. Chinh was speaking during Sunday’s award ceremony in Hanoi for 10 outstanding young Vietnamese and 8 promising young Vietnamese on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union  (March 26). PM Chinh said that, as the future owners of the country, young people need to pioneer in innovative thinking and strategic vision; looking far and wide; thinking deeply; doing big things; valuing time, intelligence, and decisiveness; and being on time with unlimited creativity and dedication. They should also take the lead in developing science and technology, innovation, and national digital transformation;  making breakthroughs; increasing labor productivity; and creating Vietnamese "unicorn startups".

 Other tasks include promoting growth; implementing social equality and progress; ensuring social security; improving people's lives; boosting international integration; and being ready to contribute to and sacrifice for the country.
