(VOVworld) - President Truong Tan Sang has decided to appoint 19 diplomats as Vietnamese ambassadors abroad and 6 others as consuls general. Speaking at a ceremony to announce the decision in Hanoi on Thursday, President Sang reiterated Vietnam’s policy to expand its international relations. He urged the ambassadors to implement foreign policies for development and raise Vietnam’s position in the world.
