At a meeting in Hanoi on Wednesday, the President said in the context of opportunities and challenges, the coal sector should be creative in business operation while Quang Ninh province must become an industrial and service hub in the north. He asked the province to recommend unique policies to realize potential and actively join the ASEAN China economic corridor.
