The surge was boosted by the 2022 National Tourism Year and Quang Nam’s measures to promote tourism. The province welcomed more than 410,000 foreign tourists, a 26-fold increase since last year.

Tourism links between Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and the Central Key Economic Zone have helped to increase the number of domestic visitors to Quang Nam and the central region.

With Hoi An and the My Son Sanctuary, two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Quang Nam is focused on adding more destinations and green tourism services to attract more visitors.
