(VOVworld) – On Tuesday Quang Ngai museum and the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Association co-organized an exhibit of Vietnamese antiques and received woodblocks from the Nguyen dynasty that are related to Ly Son island and Vietnam’s sovereignty over the Hoang Sa archipelago. The antiques, most of them found in coastal areas in Quang Ngai, Quang Nam, Binh Thuan, and Ca Mau province, were contributed by members of the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Association, a number of collectors in Quang Ngai province, and the Doan Anh Duong joint stock company. The woodblocks were contributed by National Archive Center 4 in Da Lat. 17 of the 34,619 woodblocks stored at the center are related to Vietnam’s sovereignty over the Truong Sa and Hoang Sa archipelagos.
