The event organizers were the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communication and Education and the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee.

40 presentations described Vo Chi Cong as a loyal Communist, a talented cadre of the Party in national liberation and reunification, an excellent leader of the Party and State in national construction and defense, a noble revolutionary moral example, an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh, and the outstanding native of Quang Nam.

Nguyen Xuan Thang, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, told the seminar: “Mr. Vo Chi Cong was a leader who always led a simple, humble, and faithful life with his compatriots. His revolutionary activities is a shining moral example that leaves the next generation with many lessons of profound theoretical and practical value. It is a lesson about constantly cultivating and practicing thrift, integrity, fairness, and impartiality. It is a lesson about patriotism, steadfastness and boundless loyalty to revolutionary ideals. And a lesson about the people as the roots.”
