(VOVworld) – The Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) and the Vietnam-South Africa Friendship Association celebrated South Africa’s 20^th Freedom Day in Hanoi on Tuesday. VUFO’s President Vu Xuan Hong, South African ambassador to Vietnam Kgomotso Ruth Magau and ambassadors of a number of African nations attended the event. VUFO’s vice President Do Duc Dinh and the South African ambassador said they hoped cooperation between the two countries would continue to flourish in the coming years, contributing to regional and global peace and stability.
