UK warns of terrorist attack threats in Europe
(VOVWORLD) - British security minister Ben Wallace on Sunday warned that terrorist group Al-Qaeda was in a resurgent mode and may be plotting major terrorist attacks on airports and airliners in Europe.

In an interview with “The Sunday Times”, Mr. Wallace said Al-Qaeda was developing technology to bring down passenger jets, and is planning more and more plots towards Europe.
The minister told the newspaper that following the American raid and killing of Osama bin Laden in 2011, Al-Qaeda sat quietly in the corner and tried to work out how the 21st century should unfold, while the Islamic State has become the latest terrorist group. In fact, far be it from going away, they are reorganizing, Wallace said.
