(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam Airlines has received a 4-star certificate from the British airline rating organization SKYTRAX for 3 years in a row.
The certificate affirms the carrier’s position among leading airlines like Air France, Emirates, Japan Airlines, Korean Air, and British Airways.
This year Vietnam Airlines has improved its services by adding traditional Vietnamese cuisine to its menu, which now includes pho and seasonal specialties like Thieu lichis and longans. Japanese style meals have been served for business class on flights between Vietnam and Japan.
In April, Vietnam Airlines was one of the winners of TripAdvisor's Travelers’ Choice awards for Airlines for Asia in 2018. The national flag carrier was named as the world's leading airline in the premium economy class and the world's leading cultural airline at the World Travel Awards 2017.
