Answering reporters’ question on Vietnam’s response to Russia’s initiative to place Syria’s chemical arsenal under international control, Foreign Ministry spokesman Luong Thanh Nghi said on Thursday that this was a positive step. He urged related parties to support and actively implement the initiatives to resolve the Syria’s issues by peaceful means and restore peace and stability in the country.
