The GSMA Digital Nation Summit was part of a series of digital transformation activities across the region featuring participation by major technology enterprises like Qualcomm, Nokia, Ericsson, and LG.
Discussions focused on expanding low-cost connectivity, implementing universal digital skills programs, and providing AI training to ensure no one is left behind. In addition, the Summit aimed to strengthen data protection, fraud prevention, and legal frameworks to enhance consumer confidence in digital services.
