Ngan expressed her hope that the House of Councilors of Japan will encourage Japanese enterprises to expand their business in Vietnam and create conditions for Vietnamese enterprises to participate in supply chains.  She urged the two sides to increase cooperation in  technology transfer, investment in high-tech agriculture, while supporting industry and enhancing people to people and cultural exchanges. Mr. Ogawa Toshio said his visit is aimed at strengthening bilateral ties between the  legislative bodies of the two countries. The two sides agreed to increase delegation exchanges, promote the role of the Vietnam-Japan Friendship Parliamentary Group and the Vietnam-Japan Friendship Parliamentarian Alliance, and to share experience in legislative work while supporting the two governments to strengthen ties.
