Vietnam Lawyers’ Federation urged to bridge State and community
(VOVworld) – The Vietnam Lawyers’ Federation celebrated the 70th anniversary of Vietnam Lawyers’ Day in Hanoi on Tuesday. In his address President Truong Tan Sang said the Federation should connect the state and the community with lawyers.
He stressed the need to train internationally-recognized lawyers, who can help defend national interests and the legitimate interests of Vietnamese social organizations and businesses during international integration. On this occasion, the Vietnam Lawyers’ Federation received the Labor Order, third class, and 4 of its members received the Prime Minister’s Certificate of Merit.
