Party General Secretary To Lam presents the title “Hero of the People’s Armed Forces” to the Vietnam People’s Navy, Hai Phong city, February 28, 2026.

Speaking at the ceremony, Party General Secretary To Lam highlighted the Navy’s remarkable development and its numerous achievements in combat readiness, training, production, and international missions.

He called on the force to proactively and promptly advise the Party, the State, the Central Military Commission, and the Defence Ministry on effective solutions to safeguard national sovereignty and maintain a peaceful and stable maritime environment conducive to national development.
