Vietnam reports 6 new cases of COVID-19

(VOVWORLD) -Vietnam reported six more imported cases of COVID-19, including three Vietnamese citizens and three Belarusians, the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control said late Friday.

They are now under quarantine in Khanh Hoa province and Da Nang city in the central region, and Hanoi.

With the new cases, the national count of COVID-19 cases now stands at 1,391, of which 693 are locally transmitted.

Among the  infected cases in  Vietnam, 1,237 have recovered while the fatalities remain at 35.
