Vietnam-South Korea Design Center inaugurated in Hanoi

(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnam-South Korea Design Center was inaugurated in Hanoi on Friday. It will provide support services for enterprises to develop designs and brands, and increase Vietnamese products’ added values through seminars, conferences, training courses, and information dissemination.

Do Thang Hai, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade.

 The center will also offer activities to link enterprises and designers at home and abroad, provide consultancy and support for Vietnamese companies to hire experts to improve product patterns, models, packaging, and brand-building.

Do Thang Hai, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, addressed the launch ceremony: “Innovative designs are important for economic development of a country. We believe that the Vietnam-Korea Design Center will help Vietnam’s designing industry and the Vietnamese business community renovate product designs to develop exports to markets around the world.”

The center will be a venue for the exchange of ideas, experience sharing among Vietnamese and South Korean designers, introducing new ideas, and exhibiting the best products from both countries.
