Winners were selected from 250 submissions by professional and amateur artists, fine-arts students, and youth union members from across Vietnam.

This year, the special prize went to Ly Anh Tuan from Vietnam Rubber Industry Group (VRG) and his logo will be used in all publications and media platforms for the duration of the HCYU's 13th National Congress. In addition, there were 3 first prizes and 6 second prizes. 

At the event, the HCYU Central Committee launched a poster contest for the 13th National Congress. The contest is open to all Vietnamese citizens currently in Vietnam and abroad. Participants must submit their works from now until April 15th. 

Secretary of the HCYU Central Committee and Chair of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization, Nguyen Pham Duy Trang, said the goal is to spread more publications on the HCYU's 13th National Congress. "We also want our communications to be more visually impactful. The winning logo sends a powerful message and we need works that can deliver that message to every street, digital platform, and in the minds of every young person".
